Shipping
Free tracked shipping on all orders from €39.99 — that includes every leather and Alcantara wallet. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.
Shipping rates
- Orders from €39.99: free tracked shipping to all destinations we ship to.
- Orders under €39.99, Europe (incl. UK): €5 standard shipping (no tracking) or €9 tracked shipping.
- Orders under €39.99, rest of the world: €9 tracked shipping.
Processing and delivery times
Every wallet is handmade in our workshop in Romania and ships within 1–2 business days via Romanian Post priority mail.
- Europe: usually about 1 week.
- Rest of the world: usually 2–4 weeks.
Occasionally parcels are held by customs for reasons beyond our control. You can follow tracked parcels at track-trace.com/post.
United States
Shipping to the USA is temporarily suspended because Romanian Post has paused parcel services to the United States. We will resume as soon as the service is available again.
Customs, taxes and duties
Orders within the European Union have no customs fees. For destinations outside the EU, import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country's rules; these are the buyer's responsibility.
Address
Parcels are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct before placing your order.
Returned packages
If your parcel is sent back to us because it was unclaimed or the address was wrong, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs if you would like us to re-ship it.
Lost packages
If your parcel has not arrived 21 working days after the shipping date, please contact us at nero.wallets@gmail.com and we will work with you to locate it.
