All packages are shipped via Romanian Post and will be shipped via priority mail within 1-2 days of funds clearing and delivered to you via Post Office in your country (eg. USPS in US). All packages shipped with over 3 items will receive an international tracking number and that number will be e-mailed to you once your item has shipped.

 NOTE: In most countries postal services outside of Europe does not offer a tracking option.

Items will be shipped to the address you provide at check-out so please make sure the mailing address is correct prior to submitting your order.

Please allow 5-20 business days for your item to arrive. As a general rule, packages going to Europe arrive in about a week, and all other areas arrive within 2-4 weeks.

Please bear in mind that occasionally packages will get held up in customs for various reasons and that those things are beyond our control.

It is important that you understand your countries specific policies regarding taxes, VAT fees, etc as you are responsible for those. If you have any questions regarding those policies please contact your local postal service.

RETURNED PACKAGES:

Should your package get sent back to us due to being unclaimed or a wrong address you are responsible for any additional shipping costs if you want us to try to re-ship the item back to you.

LOST PACKAGES:

Should your package become lost during transit please contact us after 21 working days from the shipping date and we will work with you to try to locate your item.
